DELIVERY STANDARDS
We use U.S. Postal Service for most items. For express
shipments we will use the
most cost effective carrier at time of order for your shipping
area. Most items are shipped within 7 - 10 business
days or when they come available. You will be notified
about any back orders or out of stock items. Your credit
card will not be charged until items are ready to ship.
EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You can exchange or return an item for a full refund
minus shipping and handling within 30 days. Personalized
items or items that show signs of excessive wear, those that
have been altered or resized by anyone other than Infinite
Possibilities Publishing Group, LLC, and items damaged in
any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
